Causes of poor quality

I suggest to include a section on causes of poor quality... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Thequality (talkcontribs) 03:00, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

  • People related issues
  • Management issues
  • Material issues
  • procedures - Lack of procedures, procedures not followed

etc etc. Thequality (talk) 04:03, 4 April 2009 (UTC)

Deletion of Weinberg's definition variant

As Drucker's variant embraces the alleged Weinberg variant, and as the Weinberg one has gone some time without proper citation, I think it's time to drop the latter. So will be done. -- Iterator12n Talk 20:00, 21 August 2008 (UTC)

Page move proposal

I suggest this be renamed Quality (business) or merged with Quality (pragmatics), inasmuch as this isn't the first thing I think of when I hear the word. Clarityfiend (talk) 04:59, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

I agree with the rename and merger, I've always thought this particular article having ownership of the title "Quality" was odd. Also there does seem to be a substantial overlap with the content of the pragmatics article which could be added here. As part of this, I suppose the "Quality" article should redirect to the disambiguation page, since there seem to be a number of different "quality" articles. Ironically, I do not believe that this page lives up to Wikipedia's quality standards. I do not see anything present here that is worthwhile salvaging. Spidern 18:21, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

No comments on this in a while, so the page move has been done now as well as merging in the bits of Quality (pragmatics) which weren't redundant. The quality of the content should still be improved but at least the article titles make more sense now. Dhollm (talk) 17:21, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
