  • Another Believer, You can add another source for products. I think this news story should be covered in the article. Damian Lillard Drops Details on New PDX Carpet Colorway for D Lillard 1 Shoes - Here you can read the news story. Cheers. CookieMonster755 (talk) 00:29, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Lead[edit]

Does the first sentence follow Wikipedia's manual of style? Not sure how to best bold text while also linking to Portland International Airport and PDX, which is sometimes how the carpet is known and also serves as an abbreviation throughout the Wikipedia article. ---Another Believer (Talk) 02:34, 27 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Another Believer: -- Here is a new story about the PDX carpet, published today. Maybe its worth a mention in the article. PDX Carpet to lead the annual Starlight Parade, ABC-KATU. --CookieMonster755 (talk) 00:11, 21 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

1970's carpet[edit]

I know the Portland Monthly article says there were hard floors before the current carpet was put in, but evidently there was carpet with a different design imitating the Port's logo: https://twitter.com/pdxcarpet1970s Jason McHuff (talk) 08:54, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Jazz link[edit]

Resolved

What's the relevance of the Jazz(design) link that was recently added? I don't see how it's related to the PDX carpet. HaBarry (talk) 00:04, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

HaBarry, @Trivialist: Care to reply? ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:50, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I added it because it's another motif that's become something of a meme, but I do concede that it's pretty tangential. Trivialist (talk) 01:05, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Marking this section as resolved. ---Another Believer (Talk) 13:53, 24 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
