You have a great amount of information and references on the drug. I like the way you separated the information up and organized it. Some things that you can consider changing is:

(i) Renaming the heading "Issues with Pleconaril" to "Side effects" or "Adverse effects"

(ii) Maybe adding some information in regard to the recommended dosage for this drug

(iii) Adding some pictures (if you are able to find any)

Your article currently has great references and in text citations and follows Wikipedia formatting and style. I have a few suggestions for improvement:

(i) There are some typing errors and grammatical errors that can be easily corrected.
(ii) I might remove the reference to nasal and oral version in the opening statements and simply the sentence by only referring to the viral groups that Pleconaril is active against.
(iii) I also suggest reorganizing your sections a bit. Keep the "mechanism of action" section, followed by a "clinical trials", then add a "resistance" section that includes information on the specific amino acids and mutations that confer resistance. This would entail moving some of the information you have in the mechanism of action and studies sections into the new "resistance" section.
(iv) The mention of media coverage below sounds interesting and could also be another section.
(v) Is there any knowledge of where the drug is headed next?

Clinical trials.[edit]

It's of notability that clinical trials generally on average take up to 8 years. This drug has taken 10 years and is still in Phase II clinical trials. It's vapourware of medicine IMHO. 210.49.15.52 20:34, 11 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
