Mills concept[edit]

What, exactly, is the "mills concept"? Although Pittsburgh Mills is offered up as the first of this type, this article doesn't make it clear what makes a mills-style centre different from the traditional interior-corridor shopping mall. Is it "neighborhoods"? If so, what makes a neighborhood unique? What will shoppers see or experience in a neighborhood that they wouldn't in a traditional mall?Country Wife (talk) 20:13, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
