Link to "Kassler"[edit]

The link to "Kassler" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kasseler) redirects to an article about the (painter) 'Johann Heinrich Tischbein' (called "the Kass*e*ler) although a proper article about "Kassler" (the meat) exists. Name origin[edit]

"Another explanation for the origin of the name is that this fatty sausage drips (German:pinkelt) with fat for a long time during smoking."

This sounds like "pinkeln" means "dripping" in german. I'm not sure how that word was used in the distant past, but I'm german and in the 26 years of my life here, I've only heard it as a childish term for urinating.
