Here is my preliminary list of sources. I do not guarantee that these articles are 100% relevant (they are probably still at least somewhat relevant, and definitely relevant for other OSH topics). Dust[edit]

I assume dust counts as a physical, rather than a chemical hazard, and needs to be added. I'm thinking of dust caused by Flint Knapping, which leads to Silicosis. One author has referred to this as the "worlds first industrial disease".
