Christie Brinkley's husband[edit]

I removed the link to "Peter Cook, architect and fourth husband of Christie Brinkley" since the page that it linked to was "Peter Cook, British comedian" who is most certaintly not the same person (who is in fact dead). I simply removed the link, and in my opinion Brinkley's husband does not merit a page of his own. But I left the link to Christie Brinkley. I don't know if everyone agrees? --Massimo377 05:42, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I added Christie Brinkley's husband because, when looking up information about him on Wikipedia (where else would I go?), I found Peter Cook (architect), an article about a British architect that fails to make clear whether he is the same person. I doubt Brinkley's husband, who is also a "Peter Cook (architect)", is 70 years old, but the stubby article says nothing about his personal life (it even implies he's still alive), and none of the news reports I've seen about Brinkley's husband give any details that suggest he isn't the same person. Without a separate entry for Brinkley's Cook, it is easy for someone reading the current scandal sheets to expect Peter Cook (architect) to discuss "Mr. Brinkley". (In fact, that appears to be exactly what User:72.79.24.22 did in adding the misleading link.)
I had posted a note to Talk:Christie Brinkley, but I should have made the rationale clear here and at Talk:Peter Cook (architect), too. I've corrected this omission. ~ Jeff Q (talk) 06:59, 27 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
