I've removed the following from the article because it appears to be wrong. I don't see any mention of NRHP in the second source - the Penn Club newsletter. The first source - the NYC Landmark document - is about the Engineering Societies' Building and Engineers' Club on 40th St, not this building on 44th St. It appears the buildings have been confused in this article.
