- Comment: To the eventual reviewer here: the game was developed under the title "The Patrician III". In Germany, a "Patrician III" was never released while in the US, an expansion to The Patrician II was released as "Patrician III." The new publishers decided to unify the names -- so some of the sources referring to "The Patrician III" are actually referring to this game. Happy to answer questions if you're confused while checking this out!
