Date opened[edit]

PHS could not have been established in the 1980's. I attended as a sophomore in 1962, when the school first opened, and graduated in 1964 in a senior class numbering around 1250 students (with around 4,500 in the entire student body, I think). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Galeboyd (talk • contribs) 21:20, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It was the 1880s and it was not always at the location that it is now.  For a while it was on the Pasadena City College  campus, so it probably opened at the present location in the early 60s.  — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.231.16.207 (talk) 02:09, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

George Patton[edit]

Gen Patton did not attend PHS; he attended a private school. This is verifiable. I am removing him from the "alumni" part.
