Feldco happily took my money[edit]

Almost 6 months of chasing with only promised results and nothing. I chased Feldo employees for the first three months before I actually had someone to speak with only empty promises “ I will call you back “and never . today after my supposed install day which I took the day off only to be blindsided to be told my ordered door 5 and half months ago was never going to be installed because it was the wrong size. They have my money and expect me to accept their fault as mine Please help I am a recent widow trying to make myself and my children a safe home witch is why I chose Feldco in the first place.
