It is well documented that Dragonette's appearance on the Palmolive Beauty Box Theater adversely affected her career. I have added some additional references regarding this. Whether "demise" is the appropriate word to describe the effect is subjective, and I have edited the article, changing "demise" to "adversely affected". Thank you for your query.
