(Additions)[edit]

I've added reviews, tour info, awards & citations to help satisfy criteria and prevent deletion. Rosencomet 21:53, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removed disguised Rosencomet link -[edit]

I removed this disguised Rosencomet link. The article has references to enough festivals already and doesn't need a Starwood Festival link also. Timmy12 23:11, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Troubadour[edit]

I'm not sure he phrase "is considered a modern-day troubadour" should stand without citation as to who considers him one, but I won't bother tagging it. However, the category connects to a page consisting of actual medieval troubadours, and I think this label is metaphorical. An athlete could be called a "modern-day knight", for instance, but that doesn't mean he was knighted. On the other hand, the person placing it deleted the category Composer without explanation, so I've returned it. Rosencomet (talk) 20:27, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • A year has passed without results. Removed; it can be replaced if the source is ID'd and reliable, and then we can discuss in that context whether the label adds anything meaningful to the article.

Rem ref in hdg[edit]

The placement of the following lk as a ref inside a heading is ugly, confusing, and unneeded. Refs are for verification of info. The pg in question does not verify anything, but purports merely to be an array at www.nightwatchrecording.com/news.html (part of the Web site of a recording company that apparently has 1 employee and $52K of annual sales, and has the subject of the accompanying bio as a prominent artist on its list: excluding his surname eliminates abt a quarter of the site's hits) of internal lks to apparent excerpts from reviews. I did note one of them that had an external lk, to [a dead page]. The pg lk'd to is not even a likely independent source.

  • The link is to the page for a Canadian Broadcasting Company radio show that is no longer aired; it was "only" on for twenty-three years, as one could tell if one read the Wikipedia page for the show, DiscDrive. At [[1]] you can find an article from the Vancouver Sun about the show's end. Alas, the Wayback Machine does not have a sufficiently old snapshot of the DiscDrive web page to let one link to the quoted text about Mr. Goethe's choice of Where Beauty Moves and Wit Delights for his 1994 Top Ten List. If that makes it not verifiable or reliable by Wikipedia standards, so be it. Jejones3141 (talk) 01:36, 9 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A local act[edit]

He also toured Europe with Richie Blackmoore. Please pardon my spelling, but Owain played not only in America but did a castle tour several years back with Blackmoore's group 98.209.52.98 (talk) 15:53, 12 February 2014 (UTC)Ralph Lang[reply]
