lead section[edit]

It is the only station on the Morden branch of the Northern line whose name begins with a vowel and is one of only two stations on the London Underground with only four letters in its name.

Are we sure that this is the best second sentence, contentwise? I mean, how deep is it? Is it haunted? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.189.103.145 (talk) 20:50, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I completely agree. That doesn't belong in the opening paragraph at all. Nor does this: "Additionally, it is one of only three stations on the Underground whose name alternates vowels and consonants." GeeZee (talk) 11:13, 1 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
