Please help in inserting image of the cover of this book[edit]
I have given this task my full engagement twice around. I thought I was jumping through all the necessary hoops to do so, including explaining rational, copyright issues, etc. Invariably someone else immediately lifted off the image. Just about every wikipage about a book has a picture of the book. So, I know it is done routinely. Please can someone else help in re-inserting the image of the cover of the book.
