I thought the cordiform projection was invented by Johannes Werner in 1505. I'll have to check this sometime.

Hello, I'm french and a descendent of Oronce Fine. Is it possible to change the page name into "Oronce Fine". Finé don't exist.

Change name of article[edit]

Seems pretty clear that the most common spelling of his name is Oronce Fine. It's the spelling used by all the cited references and according to the one reference, it is specifically not spelled with an accent (Finé).
