Purple heart[edit]

The first paragraph explains that this is the oldest civilian award in the Americas. The American "purple heart" is a military decoration -- not a civilian award. Perhaps this clarifies the issue at hand? --Tenmei (talk) 04:43, 14 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
