Organization[edit]

A couple of questions: 1. Why does it seem like half of the people listed on this page don't even have Wiki articles? It seems like, if you're going to have a comprehensive list of recipients, it should be comprehensive, otherwise the page should focus on people who are otherwise notable enough to already have a presence on Wikipedia. Right? 2. The arrangement of the lists within each class are arranged by "order of precedence" but where does one find that information? . Evansknight (talk) 18:29, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
