Adding in a content section titled: ICM Omnibus Survey

Adding in content under section ICM Omnibus Survey:

In November 2011, ICM’s omnibus survey of more than 2,000 consumers highlighted key facts and figures about modern business communications, and the use of phones in particular. The survey was conducted on behalf of PH Media Group. Here are some of the key findings:

70% of consumers said they were put on hold for more than 50% of their calls

60% of consumers said they are in front of a computer while on hold

68% of consumers said they are put on hold for longer than one minute

73% of consumers said they wanted something other than beeps or silence

Changes to page[edit]

Hi, I have removed a link on the page as it was a link to a commercial organisation rather than a verified objective source.

Also, I have moved the names of the companies which fall under the AMA Europe into the copy used to describe the AMA as this seems a more logical and tidy layout.

However, I was wondering if these names need to be there at all. I have looked across Wikipedia at the pages related to a number of trade organisations and none of them include the names of company members. So just wanted to see if users felt this was necessary? If not, they can be removed to make the page even more concise. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jenniferlever (talkcontribs) 17:05, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Citations[edit]

I think the box about additional citations can be removed since there are 6 different references. If there are not objections, I'll remove it. -- Bur (talk) 16:29, 30 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
