Here is another one. It does show the eastern route in the south, but not the Rhine route. As the one above, it only shows the state prior to the secession of the Dutch Republic, and does not indicate the territories en route very well. Habsburg possessions are in green, looks like the map shows the state as it was during Charles V's reign? Hi there, great article. I'm translating it into Spanish but I've found a trouble in the final section of "Implementation and consequences". It says "The Bohemian estates had meanwhile turned against the Frederick II, and on 26 and 27 August 1619 elected Frederick V, Elector Palatine, leader of the Protestants in the Holy Roman Empire, as the new "winter king" of Bohemia." but... who is that Frederick II?
