There are 12 references here and this was obviously well researched. I found it in userspace and cleaned up the formatting. This would clearly pass an AfD. It would be more convenient if the sources were online but online sources are not required. It looks like the author is a descendant (or at least shares the last name of) the subject which explains why they went to all this effort. Legacypac (talk) 19:47, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
