Need admin help with vandal edits[edit]

I need admin help to check or block user I’d; 49.150.40.242 and 49.150.42.165 due to repeated disregard of editors request to stop changing last names of the lead characters in this tv series. The series finished and these editor(s) appears to be using multiple addresses. See today’s edits here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/879147211 and previous days https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:MobileDiff/879022241.
