The external links section has been tagged for cleanup since March of 2010, very justifiably so. It had turned into a collection of "interviews with the performer", more or less. Several of them may be useful as primary sources, but the external links section was completely overrun.

Origin
The origin seems to be completely missing.
I assume he is American because
a) titles of some of his shows.
b) that's seems a common missing piece of information - it's rather uncommon to not mention the country for pretty much any other nationality ... (or using just the state and leaving the country off).
