Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented. See below for explanation
change "However, an undeclared focus is gun control, as evidenced by most of the campaigns on their Action website" to "Several campaigns also focus on gun violence prevention" and choose a link from those provided. I wasn't actually able to find any RS for these campaigns (though a good number of letters-to-the-editor), and I think multiple links to the NPA website here, especially when the article consists of little more than links to their website, is WP:UNDUE
Also, unless there's some objection, I'm just going to convert all the inline links to references in a week or so. I think that's uncontroversial, but please correct me if i'm wrong. -- [ UseTheCommandLine ~/talk ]# ▄ 01:59, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Done I have used the proposed wording and bundled (rather than pruned) the references. What was there before was WP:OR/WP:SYN. There are a lot of links, but perhaps a better solution in the longer term is to let more references accumulate then reduce the ones we have.
