Stance[edit]

Is NA against all immigration, or just the illegal immigration of people who come to Malta on boats from Africa, etc? - Soprani 20:54, 5 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nevermind, I researched. They say to be against ILLEGAL immigration, that is entirely different to being anti-all immigration. - Soprani 04:25, 6 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Politcal leanings[edit]

I'm once more removing the sentence "The political party claims that its main focus is to benefit Malta at large and that it does not follow either right or left-wing ideology". The first part is insipid: can you name a Maltese political party which does not claim that its focus is not to benefit Malta at large? The second is that, by all measures, National Action is very much a classical conservative party of the right. That it says it isn't and that this claim is sourced does not mean much when the obvious stares at you starkly in the face. Demdem 18:55, 7 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The sentence with two sources says that they "claim not to represent right wing or left wing ideology", it is a fact that they have claimed this, so there is no excuse to remove it. Your opinion is that they're right wing, just because that is your opinion doesn't mean the rest of the world should not see information where they blatantly claim not to follow the ideology of either wing. - Soprani 03:02, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The risk is that party propoganda gets passed off as fact. I've edited to compromise. Demdem 16:13, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You can't do that; Wikipedia is not the truth. Stating that "its policies are clearly right-wing, socially conservative and economically liberal" is not verifiable, it's original research, hence I'm removing it. Marcus1234 18:24, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not verifiable? Look up the definitins of right-wing, social conservativism and economic liberalism. Compare, for example, with the latest offering from Josie Muscat[[1]]. Notice anything similar? Demdem 18:53, 8 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

And here are articles which describe it as right-wing:

The article is still original research. Every single statement in the article must be verified and the citations must be provided. Where are they? Which of the articles you provided state that the party is "clearly right-wing, socially conservative and economically liberal"? None of them. As I said, wikipedia not the truth. I'll reword the phrase accordingly and let me know what you think. Marcus1234 04:56, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Point of note[edit]

If you're wondering why Azzjoni Nazzjonali aka the name of this political party does not redirected to this article and indeed is protected from re-creation, it is because after it was correctly re-created several times, the parasite and constant total f*cki*g idiot Yamla decided he is racist against Maltese people and doesn't think a major political party should have its actual name redirected to the correct article.

He deleted it several times and has now put it on protection. The same low-life removed the parties name from Template:Maltese political parties (even though they're up for election for the country next year). Feel free to add these back or report f*ckface aka Yamla for his abuse. - ItsAllTheWay 18:59, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
