Article name: Musashino Plateau[edit]

WP's Japanese and French, the article is about the Musashino plateau, not about a part of that plateau, such as is the Mushashino terrace.

On Wikidata it is titled: Musashino Terrace (Q2616063). But really the interwiki should be to Musashino Plateau.

May 18, 2013 - WP English, a user had to detect that it is not the right thing to do, and it changed from terrace to plateau in the head of the article.

Musashino Daichi[edit]

The first article about Musashino Daichi (武蔵野台地) was opened in Japanese WP, August 20, 2004.

Details in Japanese WP:

In Japanese, the article for plateau is ja:台地: The plateau (だいち, Daichi) mainly refers to the place that is one step higher than other flatlands (with exceptions).

In Japanese, the article for plateau is ja:高原: A plateau (こうげん, Kōgen. English: Plateau) is a terrain with a high altitude and a continuous wide flat surface. It can be expressed as a high-altitude flatland or a highland with few undulations, but the boundary between the plateau and the highland is not clear.

In Japanese, article for terrace is ja:段丘: Terraces (だんきゅう, Dankyū. English: Terrace) are stepped terrains that are distributed along rivers, lakes, seas, and valleys. It consists of a terrace surface that is almost horizontal and flat, and a terrace cliff that is a steep slope around it. Almost synonymous with plateau.
