Title

I can't remember what site it was, but i believe the title for this movie is Unexpected Circumstances. Rusted AutoParts (talk) 9:44 05 November 2010 (UTC)

Format

Does anybody know if this is just going to be a series of clips or if it's actually going to have an overall plot? DanielDPeterson + talk 22:07, 10 October 2012 (UTC)

Largest ensemble cast Claim.

I question the claim that this movie has the largest ensemble cast. The Longest Day (1962) had an international cast of 86. Midway (1976) had a cast of 46. According to this article, Movie 43 has a cast of 41. I think that line should just be deleted from the article or possibly qualify it as the largest comedy movie ensemble. The UK (International?) version does not feature Dennis Quad pitching movies

Someone needs to confirm this but looking on twitter and critics comments - the UK version features kids looking on the internet for a banned movie *not* Dennis Quad pitching a film. --Cameron Scott (talk) 09:33, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

Follow up on the What/Where/How

The North American 'normal' (vs the Alternate) Cut has the Dennis Quaid wrap story (blu ray and dvd); The Alternate Cut has the internet-kids wrap story

As to extras:

The Blu-Ray 'alternate' cut (disc) has the Find my daughter skit. That said: I have not seen any reference online or on media that I have 'touched' in North America that has anything (content/otherwise) about the Necrophiliac (Yelchin) skit.

Any takers (around the world?, aka various regions) to substantiate this last statement with their insight/experience?

"Purposefully [sic] tricking the cast to star in this movie"?

If anything ever needed a citation, it is this. Farrelly just appeared on the Nerdist podcast and expressed a strong passion about this film, and in particular mentioned that he was very upset about one particular interview where a lot of his comments were completely taken out of context, such as the George Clooney line, which he specifically said was a direct quote of him joking; he stated on the podcast that Clooney simply passed on the sketch, as some actors do. He also predicted the film's low "Rotten Tomatoes" rating within one or two percentage points. Honestly, much of this article needs to be torn completely apart and rewritten by someone who doesn't hate the movie.

I haven't watched it myself, and clearly I'm not unbiased enough to do more than fact-check, which I will, given time. But I haven't seen anything in the press that suggests that he did anything other than to make sure everyone involved knew going in what kind of movie this would be. And the idea of "tricking" actors into appearing in sketches he didn't even write or direct seems ridiculous on the face of it. How would he trick them into doing something he didn't even know himself was going to be written?Boomshadow ^talk _contribs 06:00, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
