Is Tele2 with over 21MM users not worth mentioning? Also, while as of June 2012 both Beeline and MegaFon are said to have 55.7 MM subscribers each, the latter curiously enough has larger market share percentage. Goblin89 (talk) 15:54, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Needs editing by a fluent English speaker[edit]

This article is not in fluent English. Most of it can be understood but contains numerous solecisms. But a few sentences would need someone with knowledge both of the subject matter and fluent English to correct.
