@Sbaio: Why shouldn't the medal table go in the international play section? It is in the international play section for every article that has one, so why not here? Wheatzilopochtli (talk) 18:52, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That is completely not true. It is not "in the international play section for every article" as you are implying. The "International play" section in this page has one sentence and adding medal table to it breaks the page. – sbaio 19:20, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Please provide an example of a page where this is the case. I have not seen one.
Also, how does this "break the page"? The infobox also bleeds into other sections if that's what you meant Wheatzilopochtli (talk) 19:22, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We are not discussing how the infobox looks. In addition, I fail to see what you cannot understand. There is not enough content in the "International play" section and medal table just merges into two other sections. It cannot be any clearer than that. – sbaio 19:37, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The fact still remains that I have not seen a single page that contains both an international play section and a medal table where the medal table is not in that section. What is wrong with it bleeding over into another section? It looks fine Wheatzilopochtli (talk) 19:56, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Correction, Nico Daws is an example but you created it. It is still true that most articles are the way I said. Wheatzilopochtli (talk) 20:05, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It does not matter who created Daws or any other page. The usual practice for ice hockey BLPs has always been to not include the medal table to "International play" section unless it builds up over time. In addition, there are other issues with these medal tables, but this is not the place for that so I will start a discussion in the appropriate place in the near future. – sbaio 20:13, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
