Why are there two articles viz. this one and Mercedes-Benz? Paul Beardsell (talk) 21:59, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

@Psb777: Hello, sorry for asking that but can you clarify what you mean? I humbly await your reply, Enivak (talk) 21:46, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I have closed the two merge discussions on Talk:Mercedes-Benz#Proposed_merge_with_Mercedes_(marque) and Talk:Daimler Motoren Gesellschaft and will remove the merge headers from this article next RonaldDuncan (talk) 14:42, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Controversy of the dates.[edit]

"Since Jellinek was a member of the board of directors by the time of the merger, the name was promoted for continued good luck to the new company" – this sentence needs to be corrected. Jellinek died in 1918, and the merger took place in 1926. – 88.118.23.179 (talk) 10:11, 2 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
