Kshatriya refs[edit]

Currently four refs are given for the opening sentence, for which the word "Kshatriya" was restored. Presumably one or more of these are meant to support K. status:

Fawcett and Thurston I can find online, and neither says any such thing. Do either of the other two substantiate K. status, and if so, how? Are they available online somewhere for reading?
