Page inaccuracies[edit]

For full disclosure, I work at Matalan. I noticed there are a number of factual inaccuracies on the Matalan Wikipedia page and wanted to suggest that these are corrected in order for the page to be true and factual. This includes inaccuracies related to the following sections of the page: 1) the first paragraph of the overview; and 2) the “structure” section, due to their statement that the Hargreaves family are still the owner of the company, which is no longer true (source; source). Similarly, the “Management” section does not make clear there is a new Chairperson (source) and includes executives who are no longer with the company following a number of management changes (source; source: source: source). Finally, the number of stores cited in the overview section of the page is out of date (source). With those points in mind, in order to be true and factual, you may also feel it is necessary to update the “History” section of the page to reflect the latest developments. 2024-KP (talk) 12:38, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
