Main article title[edit]

Should this main article be under "Markman Hearing" or "Claim Construction Hearing". The court uses both. Is there a patent attorney out there with an opinion? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.227.251.87 (talkcontribs)

Finding facts in the U.S. judicial system[edit]

In myriad decisions - I believe Blakely v. Washington is the latest one -- the U.S. Supreme Court has determined that juries find facts. If judges rule on the facts of a case, those are facts that all parties to the case agree upon. If there is a dispute about the facts, a jury must decide what is "true". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.139.0.167 (talk) 07:31, 19 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
