Doesn't Marc have a computer science degree of some sort?

Would it be appropriate to have a section on current employment?

The article is, more or less, a mere list of publications of M.T. (let aside some references to personal interests and hobbies). There is not much elaborate content. I therefore marked it as "stub".

Further, I am concerned about Wikipedia:Notability. Not being a specialist to the field, I cannot fully judge whether the contributions of M.T. are notable enough to justify the encyclopedia entry. However, certain sections of the article certainly fail to be notable, in particular the "exposition" section. It links to some short textfiles about computer science topics, but these are not peer-reviewed publications (far from that) and certainly not notable content. --193.170.117.39 11:05, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is really a gray area. I agree that any old University professor shouldn't have their own page, but some of Dr. Thomas' work may distinguish him. It could really go either way on this. By the way, if I remember correctly, he has a doctorate from UC Berkley. I don't, however, feel that I would be appropriate as an editor for this page as I am a former student of his and this may not work in the best interests of neutrality. 75.80.82.112 (talk) 05:31, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
