Chart positions[edit]

It has been stated that Cliff Richard's version of Lucky Lips went # 1 on, among others, the Dutch, German, Swedish, Swiss and Norwegian charts.

I have looked at those charts. It seems that Lucky Lips was # 1 only on the German and Norwegian charts. I cannot find any evidence that the song topped the other charts.

I've added references for all European charts, except the Swiss chart, in a new Chart Performance wikitable. The official Swiss charts started in 1968. I have not yet found a source for the Swiss charts used before then. The indication of the number 1 for Switzerland and other countries likely came from www.cliffchartsite.co.uk/worldchart.html. Catalogue numbers and sales figures[edit]

I've removed this somewhat untidy information from the Cliff Richard section. It seems of limited usefulness (catalogue numbers are not usually entered) and the sales figures are unsourced. Can the original author please reference the source of the sales figures? See How to cite sources.
