Workers' Theatre?[edit]

Both cited obituaries speak of a "Workers' Theatre" in Berlin where Lotte spent some time. I can't identify this. I suspect it might be the Volksbühne, but without supporting evidence this would be too much of a pure guess to put into the article. Can anyone help?
