Guinness? Tables for operating lines?[edit]

Should this also have coverage of the Guinness internal train lines? And could there be tables for the operating lines, in the same format as for the defunct? SeoR (talk) 00:59, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Maam Cross Project / Connemara Railway[edit]

Someone with more expertise might assist with the above - first laid in the modern project was a narrow gauge line, on a "pop-up" / "demo" basis. But this was not the original track of this site / line, but to show the project potential; as I read, this was just a holding step pending the arrival and laying of Irish standard gauge track. So, given this, does it count as a narrow gauge operation (until all narrow gauge line is removed - some seems to be still there), and will it then be a defunct narrow gauge line, or this kind of temporary setup does not count (that'd be my view)? Last leaflet I saw had a lot of photos and this comment "Autumn 2022: Work continues at Maam Cross station. A group has started work on fitting the levers to the frame in the new signal cabin, ensuring they were bolted into position, and were in line with the interlocking slots, while a (new) access road is also being constructed behind signal cabin. Standard gauge track panels were moved into position alongside the existing narrow gauge track which in the coming months will be removed and replaced with 5'3" gauge. Photos:".
