Detailed list[edit]

It would be a good idea to make a detailed list. I am aware that for further information one can go to the list of Rus' kings, Russian czars, Soviet leaders, and federal presidents, but I do not see why we cannot have them here together; it gives a very good overview of the political changes throughout Russian history.--Zeiverklaos (talk) 11:47, 7 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Full list[edit]

I'm going to change this article right now. This will be a complete list based on the version from the Russian Wikipedia. If you have a complaint - write here. Doomer1557 (talk) 14:57, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Leaders during the Russian Civil War[edit]

Why aren't the anti-Bolshevik leaders of the Russian Civil War on the list? If the reason is that their power was contested by the Bolsheviks, then we must change Lenin's start date from 7 November 1917 to somewhen around 1922–23, since his power was also contested and he held relatively little power in 1917. Half of Russia wasn't in his control until 1919–21. (CapLiber) (talk) 07:24, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Firstly, there is no clear line of succession of the leaders of the White forces. Unlike the Bolshiviks, they did not have a single control center. The whole story with the "Russian state" is very muddy, since the date of its termination is not even known. Secondly, it is ridiculous to place Volsky or Aksentyev on a par with Lenin or Peter I. Historians prefer to ignore their existence. Thirdrly, Kolchak was dragged into Russian Wikipedia by several supporters of the White movement. in my opinion it shouldn't be there at all. Excuse me, what do you mean by "dragged into Russian Wikipedia"? (CapLiber) (talk) 10:37, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Several of Kolchak's fans drew attention to the list of rulers and decided to add he there. They made a fake "discussion" and came to a "consensus". The war of edits began. But since Kolchak's fans decided not to stop, the editors decided to add Kolchak, but only as an exception. They didn't even care about the other leaders of the white movement. Timelines[edit]

I really don't like these timelines. They are too big and complicated. The article looks better without them. Doomer1557 (talk) 15:22, 24 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I've turned it into a disamb because this is just pointless unsourced duplication of information that has been presented elsewhere already, in much better ways. Nederlandse Leeuw (talk) 00:54, 9 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Make all dates Gregorian[edit]

I'd recommend using Gregorian dates, throughout this page. Mixing Gregorian with Julian dates, will create confusion for 21st century readers. GoodDay (talk) 07:38, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
