Identifying the state route 66's that are remnants of the former US Route 66[edit]
Currently we've got an entirely redundant situation with the state route 66's that are remnants of US route 66. They are identified by an asterisk (*) in a list, but then the list is grouped so they are all together in a sublist. IMHO, one or the other needs to go as this is duplication and making things more complicated, not less. My first instinct is to eliminate the * in the list. Before eliminating that, is there value in keeping the duplicate list? Dave (talk) 21:21, 11 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Moabdave: I agree that one has to go. However, I think the asterisks should remain, and the highways be alphabetized by state, like the normal convention of these pages. Morriswa (Charlotte Allison) (talk) 00:26, 12 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
