Why isn't the Sid Meier's Civilization franchise on this list?

Because civilization series games are not grand strategy[edit]

Neither are total war games for that matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.31.45.93 (talk) 18:36, 1 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently both Realpolitiks game and creators company aren't on wiki. 95.160.157.8 (talk) 11:23, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and removed the Total War series from this list. It may need further clean up but I am not familiar with some of the other titles. a.buchhorn (talk) 03:53, 11 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Technically, per the way it's currently defined on grand strategy wargame, the Total War (series) does count as a grand strategy, or at least the overworld/campaign map. While convention doesn't usually classify the Total War games as grand strategy, there's a reliable source from 2006 that (apparently) says that the Total War games are grand strategy. Unfortunately, the source doesn't seem to be available online, but despite the lack of a way of verifying what the source says, it's still better to go off what is said in a WP:RS. Superpower (2)[edit]

Would anyone object to me adding SuperPower and SuperPower 2 to this list? Going by the explanation on grand strategy the games fall under its orbit. Also I'm aware of WP:BOLD but I'm wondering if anyone has previously removed SuperPower from the list. Alcherin (talk) 19:57, 25 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've been WP:BOLD and added them along with some missing Making History (series) games. Nobunaga's Ambition games are notably incompletely listed though. Alcherin (talk) 21:16, 6 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

TBD games?[edit]

Currently there are 3 games under planning/development by developer/publisher: Superpower 3 - will be developed after Guilds 3 is finished by GolemLabs/THQ Nordic, sequel of Power and Revolution by Eversim and Fate of the World Online by Soothsayer Games - this game will be turn based and will be more about 21st century challenges though rather being your typical 20th century war game. Can I add them to list? 31.11.131.133 (talk) 19:43, 25 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There are three grand strategies to be released in 2022: Victoria 3, Superpower 3, World Warfare & Economics 78.8.103.90 (talk) 20:17, 19 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Legend Section is gibberish[edit]

On the mobile app the legend section of the Wikipedia is just random numbers and letters. I’m not sure how to fix it if someone could look into it. Bedrockbob (talk) 03:43, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Victoria III is out.[edit]

I am not a man of editing, someone please add Victoria 3 to the list. 185.21.151.87 (talk) 18:14, 16 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
