Many more courses not in the article[edit]

From the comments in The Golf Course of Old Tom Morris on Amazon "R Kroger has produced a book that mentions most but not all of Old Tom Courses...Old Tom designed many well known courses throughout GB...Bob has mentioned courses which he could find no information on...Old Tom was involved in well over a 100 designs, re-designs and modifications" Therefore it may be that there are many more courses that have been not been included in the article.
