The Netherlands[edit]

I'd like to add two Dutch foodcoops to the list, but as I'm affiliated with both I hesitate to do so. Feel free to add this as you see fit:

I know there are more, but this may be better than nothing. Also note, that these two are cooperatives where members order their products and collect them on the appointed day (at the moment of writing) - there is hardly any 'free' selling of products. Supermarket chains?[edit]

What classes as a 'food co-op' for this list? This list seems to be small scale co-ops, but what about a supermarket chains which are co-operatively run?
