Missing[edit]

Esther Borja is missing.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Killuminator (talkcontribs) 07:27, 2 January 2014‎

"Muere la cantante cubana Esther Borja" by BBC Mundo should be a sufficient source for Esther Borja; please add. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 05:07, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Borja has been on the list for some time now; she was never missing. Canadian Paul 17:46, 26 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Izabella Yureva (1899-2000), Russian romance and gipsy songs singer is missing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.220.112.211 (talk) 01:46, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

A reliable source for Izabella Yurieva's date of birth would be required. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 05:07, 21 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I don’t see Eubie Blake listed. Ragtime great and made it to 100 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.113.134.92 (talk) 00:40, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

He was not 100. His article says he claimed to have been born in 1883, but all the early records have him born in 1887. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 00:46, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Boxing[edit]

The header to the box should become yellow to match the style of its sister pages. Jack M E 01 (talk) 15:43, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

User:RandomCanadian obviously disagrees; so do I. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 00:33, 18 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If the worry is about "matching" pages together; then the advice of the MOS should be followed, and colour should not be used when it does not achieve anything useful (in such cases, it looks amateurish and unprofessional; everything an encyclopedia shouldn't be...). The obvious solution is to go and remove the coloured header from other pages too, ex. diff here). RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 02:55, 18 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Style backgorund[edit]

Can a yellow style background be added to the headers as it appears to be absent. User:Jack M E 01 (talk) 21:06, 27 May 2022 (GMT)

Why? -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 23:47, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Colette Maze[edit]

Why not Colette Maze ? 2A02:A450:EDAD:1:E06B:1940:2B0B:FDDC (talk) 20:09, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

she was not notable before she was old and therefore does not qualify for inclusion. DerbyCountyinNZ (Talk Contribs) 23:02, 14 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
