I live just yards from Brighton le Sands and have just walked along its beach. It is approximately 13k miles from where you seem to think it is. You list it as in Sefton (correct) in the UK (correct) so why when I click on do I see something about Sydney?

Thank you for the question. The reason for the problem is that Brighton le Sands is an ambiguous place name and needs special action to enable the correct article to be located, a process known as disambiguation. You can read further details at WP:DAB. I have changed the entry appropriatly but we have not, as yet, got an article on the Brighton le Sands you are interested in.
