1949 flag?[edit]

The table lists the second flag as the flag of Korea from 1949 to 1997. However, if you click on the flag, the image of that flag states it's the flag for Korea from 1984 till 1997.

That's very confusing. Is the image description incorrect? Is the table incorrect, and was there another flag from 1949 till 1984? There is an svg file for such a flag: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_South_Korea_(1949%E2%80%931984).svg Abigail-IV (talk) 23:32, 22 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There was apparently a minor geometry specification change in 1984 which did not affect the basic appearance of the flag. AnonMoos (talk) 04:15, 24 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
