Proposed delete[edit]

Proposing deletion, @RHaworth said "not a single blue link. This is just listcruft" (there are two – Kazys Binkis and Ona Šimaitė, but...)

I think this goes more to pointing out that Wikipedia is largely incomplete on the subject of Holocaust heroes. It seems unlikely that, out of the hundreds of people listed, no more than a couple of people and their achievements would pass our notability requirements, especially since someone filtered down the list from the 800+ actual Lithuanian recipients. Remember that, in each case, someone had to nominate the person, provide evidence of significant action, and the evidence had to stand up to reasonable scrutiny. On the face of it, this would seem to exceed the level of notability that seems to be acceptable for every airport, footballer, and "music" group. It seems clear that many of those names should be redlinks, waiting to turn blue). —[AlanM1(talk)]— 01:04, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
