Adding channel support vis-vis HD providers[edit]

I have spent quite some time adding channel support for four HD service providers. I would also like to thank the person who added all the six provider columns to all the category tables. This in turn inspired me to fill in all the rows for the four providers.

Here are some stats to cross-check and tally the data

Total number of HD channels:
Tata Sky HD: 27 (as counted on their website)
Airtel HD: 26 (as touted on their website)
Videocon d2H: 24 (as counted on their website) [Count matches here]
Dish TV: 36 (as touted on their website) [Count matches here]
