Removing Alumni[edit]

I'm removing the notable alumni that seem non-notable plus I can't find a reference for them attending drexel:

She does seem notable however I cannot find an online reference stating that she attended Drexel:

  • Anna Balmer Myers: author of early twentieth century novels centered in local Lancaster County; Philadelphia schoolteacher

Red links[edit]

From the main page, some seem more notable than others but none should be on the list as long as the link is red.

Name Class year Notability References
Douglas Briggs 1970 President and CEO of QVC [1]
Dominic Caruso 1980 Vice president of finance at Johnson & Johnson [2]
Wayne Gattinella 1974 CEO of WebMD Health Corporation [3]
Robert Hall 1967 Publisher of The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News [4]
William Schleyer 1973 Former CEO of the defunct Adelphia Communications Corporation [5][6]
Harold Shaub 1939 Former president and CEO of Campbell Soup Company [7]
Anne L. Stevens 1980 Former CEO of Carpenter Technology Corporation and named Forbes most powerful women in business in 2004 [8]
Jay Meyers 1973 Radio Broadcaster; Radio Personality [9]

I've removed these two recent additions because per WP:LSC--I don't believe articles are reasonably forthcoming in the future. I'm not sure Reilly is particularly notable (WP:BLP1E) and while Eisenstein is notable he's been the past present of the IEEE for years and no article has been created as of yet.

Name Grad year Degree Notability Ref(s)
Dorcas Bates Reilly
1947
BS
Invented the green bean casserole while working as a staff member in the home economics department of the Campbell Soup Company [10]
Bruce Eisenstein
1965
MS
38th President of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers [11]

Regarding both these lists, I will get started ASAP on creating these articles. Please don't delete any more from the list. Thanks. --Mblumber (talk)
