Money won't die[edit]
Deutsche Bank recently refused to pay a 800mio euro restitution to Kirch's widow over that old credit ousting scandal, even though a german court recommended a deal of 775 mio euros two years ago. DB's CEO made the vocal deal with the widow in Nov 2011, but the DB board suddenly refused to put it in writing last week. Some analysts say, DB could be liable to up to 3.2bn euros and a humiliating apology if the case goes back to court. 213.163.26.138 (talk) 09:45, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
