My name is Samantha. I'm here on behalf of my employer, SVB Leerink, to suggest some improvements to the company's Wikipedia entry. I am sharing suggestions to the History section below, to follow more of the Wikipedia style. History
The company was founded in 1995 as Leerink Swann LLC.1 2 In 1996, it established MedaCorp expert network as a joint venture with Dr. Dan Dubin.3 It was named to Inc. Magazine's America's 500 fastest growing private companies in 1999.4 Since 2012, it led about one quarter of healthcare initial public offerings in Massachusetts. Its clients have won FDA approval for 16 drugs.5 In 2014, Leerink Swann was rebranded as Leerink Partners LLC.6 In 2017, the company had about 200 employees and offices in Boston, Charlotte, New York, and San Francisco.7 In 2019 it was acquired by SVB Financial Group, parent company of Silicon Valley Bank, and renamed Leerink Partners LLC.8

Renaming to Leerink Partners[edit]
We have rebranded to Leerink Partners and would like to update the page name. Below is the press release that was issued. We would also like to add this information to the content section on our page.
